נהל מפעילי צ'אט בתוך ארגוני ה-ChatHub שלך. מפעילים הם סוכנים המטפלים בשיחות לקוחות.

סקירה כללית

מפעילים ב-ChatHub:

• טיפול בשיחות צ'אט של לקוחות
• שייך לארגונים ספציפיים
• יש סטטוס פעיל, לא פעיל או נמחק
• יכול להיות אסימוני אימות בודדים
• לקבל ולהגיב להודעות
