SMSBAT ChatHub API משתמש במערכת אימות מבוססת אסימון JWT בשתי רמות עם אסימוני חברה ואסימוני מפעיל.

פרמטר	הקלד	חובה	תיאור
מזהה	מספר שלם	כן	מזהה מפעיל
פוגה בשעה	מחרוזת (ISO 8601)	כן	תאריך ושעה תפוגה של האסימון (מקסימום 24 שעות מעכשיו)

חשוב: משך חיי האסימון המרבי הוא 24 שעות. הפרמטר expiresAt לא יכול להיות יותר מ-24 שעות בעתיד.

אסימוני מפעיל

• תפוגה מוגדרת בעת בקשת אסימון (פרמטר expiresAt)
• אמת אסימונים לפני השימוש
• בקש אסימונים חדשים לפני פקיעת תוקף

אחסון אסימונים

• ✅ אחסן אסימונים בצורה מאובטחת (בסיס נתונים מוצפן, מנהל סודות)
• ✅ לעולם אל תתחייב אסימונים לבקרת גרסאות
• ✅ השתמש במשתני סביבה עבור אישורים
• ❌ אין לאחסן אסימונים בטקסט רגיל
• ❌ אל תחשוף אסימונים בקוד בצד הלקוח

סיבוב אסימונים

• סובב אסימוני חברה מעת לעת (כל 3-6 חודשים)
• הגדר תפוגה סבירה לאסימוני מפעיל (7-30 ימים)
• יישם רענון אסימון אוטומטי לפני תום התפוגה
• בטל אסימונים כאשר המפעילים עוזבים

פתרון בעיות

401 לא מורשה

• ודא שהאישורים נכונים
• אסימון המחאה לא פג
• ודא שהאסימון כלול בכותרות הבקשות
• אימות פורמט אסימון

403 אסור

• ודא שלטוקן יש הרשאות נדרשות
• בדוק אם אתה משתמש בסוג האסימון הנכון (חברה לעומת מפעיל)
• ודא שהאסימון לא בוטל
